Ben Pegna began his career in sport as a rugby player, from playing 7s as part of the England national team to representing Saracens in the 15 man game. Since retiring as a player, Ben has coached at academy level for London Scottish and Wasps and was part of the England 7s management team. Since 2014, Ben has consulted with the WRU, Argentina Rugby, the Bulls and Melbourne Rebels in Super Rugby. In amongst his sports charity work, Ben also worked as a Director at Pacific Islands Player Welfare. Nowadays, Ben focuses on his role as a General Manager in the corporate world, as well as coaching at school and amateur level.
